PLACE:  Twinsburg - Chamberlain Middle School Fields on Ravenna Road     

TEAM ENTRY FEE:   $150 per Team   (Must be rec’d by Feb 13th)

            Incl. 3 games min, names in drawing, and Lunch @ TAILGATORS

                Refundable if fields are not frozen and snow covered
